flavour and applications laboratory
Located at B&J’s Head Office at Villawood,Sydney.
The laboratory has been set up to allow Keith Harris to develop flavours in Sweet and Savoury, as well as to work on specific applications at finished product level by utilising B&J’s ingredient expertise.
For flavours work the lab includes a GCMS to allow flavourists to accurately quantify flavours and conduct matching work.
